The 2017 Raisin d'Être White is made from grapes that have been dried in our tobacco barns. During the drying process the sugar goes from 28% up to 36%, essentially raisining the grapes and giving it its name. Our Raisin d’Etre has tropical and candied fruit notes that are balanced by the nice acidity. This wine has great aging potential. It pairs well with cheese and non chocolate desserts.
