Pinot Noir grown in the Côte Chalonnaise, produced in the classic méthode traditionelle. A brut style with only three grams in the dosage produces a crisp, balanced style with bright acidity and good length. Minimal skin contact during pressing only gives the wine wine its light salmon color. Produced in 100% stainless steel.
